The practice is located at 69 Wolf Acres Drive, Oakland, in he building that formerly housed Dr. Daniel Miller’s practice, and is currently accepting new patients. Now offering onsite blood draws.
Brooklyn J. Ayersman, Family Nurse Practitioner, will serve as one of the clinic’s primary care providers. Ms. Ayersman graduated from Walden University, receiving a Master’s Degree in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor‘s of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University. Previously, she worked at Preston Memorial Hospital and Preston Memoria Hospital Urgent Care. Family Nurse Practitioners can diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and dictate patient care.
Garrett Family Medicine recently welcomed Clarice Tannebaum, Certified Nurse Practitioner. As a certified nurse practitioner, Tannebaum provides advanced level care, including diagnosis, treatment, health promotion, health prevention and disease management. Previously, she worked at Chautauqua Center, a multidisciplinary federally qualified health home clinic in New York, where she provided comprehensive primary care to underserved populations throughout Chautauqua County. Services included health education, illness prevention, family planning, well-baby and women visits, and gynecological exams.
